Digital Product Refund Policy

Digital products are generally final sale after successful delivery or access. PPS may consider a refund or other remediation when a documented exception applies, including duplicate payment, failure of delivery that cannot be corrected, or a materially defective or corrupted digital file that cannot be replaced.

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to info@patriotprofessionalsolutions.com and should include enough order information to identify the transaction and describe the issue. Depending on the circumstances, PPS may restore access, replace or correct a file, or issue an approved refund through the applicable payment method.

This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law. Product-specific checkout terms and the applicable payment platform rules also apply.
